We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are for some reason unhappy with your order, please read the following details on our product warranty and how to complete a return and receive a refund on our returnable products.
We will accept returns/exchanges up to 15 days after your purchase for the following items below. Items being exchanged must be of equal value.
All apparel (except custom items)
- Costumes (must be never worn)
We DO NOT accept returns for the following:
- All clearance items
- Holiday & Seasonal items (May be exchanged for a different size)
- Hair Bows (Including boutique hair bows, stacked hair bows, spike bows, and mini bows)
- Fairy wings
- Custom made items
- Any item that has already been worn
To return/exchange an item please contact us to let us know that you would like to return/exchange an item. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return/exchange the item. Once the item is received you will receive a refund for the item less shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. The refund will be credited to the credit card or Paypal account you used during checkout.
If you are exchanging an item, the item will be inspected prior to sending out a replacement. We will not exchange or refund items that have been washed. If an item has been washed it will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense and no refund or exchange will be given.
30 Day Replacement & Repair Warranty
In the event that your garment has a defect due to construction (i.e. elastic pops, seams come undone, stitching in hem comes out, etc.) please send the item back to me and I will gladly repair it free of charge. Shipping will be paid by me.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as stains on the fabric or rips and tears. If an item is damaged by the buyer this warranty is null & void.
