Orders are processed in the order they are received. Our order processing time is currently between 1-10 business days with longer processing times during the busy holiday season, which will be noted on our site when our processing time is longer than usual. Please understand that Sonata Elise™ is a one person ran business. I lovingly make each order by hand, inspect, package and ship out your orders. Most of the items listed on the site are “Ready to Ship” meaning they are already made or can be made within a 1 day time period. Custom made items take time to create and can take up to 10 business days to finish and prepare for shipment. Please take this into consideration when placing your order so that you will receive it in a timely fashion.
Ready to Ship orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days. These include most items on our website unless otherwise noted.
Made to order items take longer to ship out because they have a longer production time prior to being shipped out. These items will be shipped out within 7-10 business days or sooner unless otherwise noted.
Orders are shipped out on Monday and Friday only. If you place an order before 1:00pm EST on Monday or Friday it will be shipped the same day as long as the order only contains Ready to Ship items. If you need an item to be shipped sooner you can pay a rush fee of $10 to get it shipped out the same day or following day. Paying a rush fee does not upgrade your shipping, it only guarantees that your order will be shipped out sooner. To upgrade shipping you will need to select Priority Mail or Express Mail during checkout. Please email me at email@example.com to request for your order to be rushed and I will send you an invoice.
Most of our items can be shipped via USPS First Class mail which normally takes up to 3 business days to arrive. First Class Mail comes with up to $50 of insurance. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance please leave us a comment in the text box during checkout and we will invoice you for the additional insurance.
USPS Priority Mail normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive. Priority Mail also comes with up to $50 in insurance. If you’d like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please let us know in the comments box during checkout and we can send you an invoice for the additional insurance.
Priority Mail Express
Priority Mail Express is our fastest shipping option. Priority Mail Express takes only 1-2 business days to arrive guaranteed or your money back(According to the USPS). This option also comes with up to $100 in insurance for your piece of mind.
Retail Ground Shipping
Retail Ground shipping is a more economical way to ship over-sized items such as our fairy wings. This shipping method is used for customers that stay further away from us(Example: California), to keep shipping cost affordable. Retail Ground shipping can take between 2-8 business days to arrive.
First Class Mail International
The slowest, but least expensive shipping option. Shipping time varies with this option. This shipping option comes with up to $100 in insurance. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance please leave us a comment in the text box during checkout and we will invoice you for the additional insurance.
Priority Mail International
Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days and comes with up to $100 in insurance. If you’d like to purchase additional insurance please leave us a comment in the text box during checkout and we will invoice you for the additional insurance.
We are not responsible for orders that are damaged, stolen, or go missing during shipment due to the negligence of USPS personnel, however if an order is damaged due to faulty packaging we will assume full responsibility and will replace your order at no cost to you.
All of our shipping options come with insurance so rest assured that your order will be protected up to the amount of insurance included. If an order is damaged, missing, or stolen during shipment, please inform us right away and include pictures(if any) and a full description of the occurrence. We will do our best to rectify the situation and replace your product immediately or offer a refund(up to the amount of included insurance).
